Are your cleaning products eco-friendly?

Yes, and we can also use your cleaning products upon request.

I'm very particular about how I like my home cleaned, may I provide specific instructions?

Absolutely! Just let us know when you book or send us a short email/text. We will take care of it.

Is Clean Queen NW insured & bonded?

Yes, we are insured and bonded. We feel it's a privilege to be in your home, and we want to ensure your property is safe and protected. We also screen cleaning professionals with a background check. 

Why can't I get an instant quote online?

Every home and needs are different. Our pricing is based on the size and setup of your home as well as individual needs. You can however review our pricing for general services here.

Do you offer discounts for return customers?

Of course! We are delighted to have you as our loyal customer. We post monthly promotions on our social pages If you are interested in monthly cleaning, we can quote you a special rate. 

What is your cancellation policy?

You can cancel 24 hours prior to the appointment via text or email. If we don't receive cancellation in writing prior 24 hours before your appointment, a $50 cancellation fee may be applicable. If your notice isn't in writing, the cancellation fee may still be applicable.

Should I be home when the cleaners are here?

We can accommodate the job with you home, or without. Just let us know what your preference is and we will coordinate logistics to access the space. 

What if the job is longer than expected?

Our cleaning services provide a flat-rate service quote. This means barring any extreme and unexpected circumstances, our cleaners will stay as long as they need to get the job done correctly.
